Message	Well I know Z1 does a good job some of the times, but when they mess up they dont like take make it their priority. Like the time I ordered a TT dipstick, I paid 10 or 20 bucks for it for them to send me an NA one just like I already had. I called, and John said "Oh, well, the only difference is is just a few inches in length." Duh! Thats wht I needed the TT one! They didnt even offer any help, just tried to convince me to be happy with it. Then the time I ordered a NEW A/C drier. I recieved a used one! They charged me 50$, and a new one was $62 from Courtesy Nissan! I told them I wanted a new one but they charged and shipped me for a used one. They didnt even have it capped off as to not let it absorb moisture from the air! Shawn said he'd give me a 10$ credit, which was 2 months ago that I still havent gotten and probably wont see. Just last order, I ordered a set of ARP rod bolts. What do you know? They sent me OEM Nissan. I called and talked to JT. JT said it because they dont have them in stock. What? So you just going change order without asking? This is the kicker though. While installing new rod bolts, two of them broke. I thought it was my torque wrench, so I had it sent off to be adjusted while I used a different one. So about 1300 miles into driving the engine, another one breaks!!! This weekend I get to see what damage has occured due to Z1's arrogance and selfishness. These guys just need to get some good consistently reliable employees. I will speak with Russel on this tomorrow, and see what he says....If Im lucky I MAY get that 10$ credit I was promised. I will post a follow up though.
